Shipping policy

At AL MAKKAH, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery across Pakistan. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Courier Partners

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier services:

  • Leopards Courier

  • PostEx Courier

  • Pakistan Post (for remote areas and special requests)

2. Dispatch Time

  • All confirmed orders are dispatched same day or next working day.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • We process all orders within 0–1 working day.
    Expect standard delivery in 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may take additional time.

4. Advance Payment Policy

  • For orders below PKR 10,000: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

  • For orders above PKR 10,000: Customers are required to pay an advance payment before dispatch.

  • For Pakistan Post orders: Full or partial advance payment may be required, depending on order value.

5. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Nationwide Delivery on all standard orders.

  • Any special handling or urgent delivery charges will be communicated before dispatch.

6. Order Confirmation

  • Before dispatch, our team will confirm your order via call or WhatsApp.

  • If confirmation is not received, the order may be delayed.

7. Damages & Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).

  • Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If damaged, report it to us within 24 hours with pictures.
